And the cramps are mostly gone. We’re back to barely pink barely spotting. Since my 48 hours of confinement started with the last appearance of bright red blood, I’m stuck in bed/on the couch until late afternoon on Monday. Then, I’m on restricted activity for awhile. That means I don’t have to clean the house or do laundry!
Silver linings, that’s what I’m looking for.
Apparently, I’m just a first trimester bleeder. I now understand how all those stories of women who didn’t know they were pregnant because, after all, they’d gotten their period come to be.

There was a woman I worked with who actually bled heavily enough to misconstrue it as a period for 3 or 4 months. And she wasn’t a stupid woman and it wasn’t her first child. You, apparently, get to hang one more “I have a funky body” ornament on your tree.
And I am super super glad you are back to what passes for normal. And no laundry sounds good.
phew! so relieved for you. Hugs xxxx
(((HUGS))) Hang in there. Sending lots of positive thoughts and prayers your way.
Still praying for ya hon. Hang in there. Many hugs.

I was a first trimester bleeder. I had two big episos with clots and then lots of red spotting in between. No known cause, but it did get better about 15/16 weeks. Enjoy the rest!
oooh – silver linings indeed!! No housework would suit me, but of course, I’d rather do the housework and not have the worry!
